Recently, P and his innovatively inspiring organization/website/movement, Kidult, which is aimed at catering to youth everywhere, held their first (of hopefully many) Kidult Youth Leadership Conference. Roughly 500 or so ripe, aspiring creatives came out to sit under the tutelage of one of the most respected curators in several generations. Co-hosting, as well as partially conducting a set of interview type questions for Pharrell, was a young, influential in his own right, Diggy Simmons. While the sit down is a bit lengthy, I urge you to lend half an hour of your time to the wisdom of someone who has aspired, inspired, and is now attempting to give back a well spring of knowledge and advice.
