Ever creep through the city at a slow crawl in a twenty-ten, gold drop-top BM with a 5D MKLI HD camera attached to the hood by 70lbs-tess suction cup mounts? Have you?!? We've never experienced that either...until last night!!!
While most of y'all were watching Monday Night Football and Brett Farve try to deter from the fact that he sent pics of his dick to a Jets employee, BC was hard at work shooting closing-scene footage for their up-and-coming video "Something About It".
The video was in need of a nice ending, so we decided to get footage of us riding around our beautiful and brilliant city. We met up with Rob Buchanan and Cesar Andre of HD Pro Films behind the convention center, so we could mount the 5D on the Beemie. Immense shout out to Big Rudy "CEO" Johnson for lettin' us hold his whip for the shoot. Clutch!
After the cam was in place, we proceeded to roll through the Gaslamp. It's not everyday that you see a professionally-mounted, professional camera on a professionally-made vehicle, with three professionals rolling through the city like they own it. So you can imagine the quizzical looks, stares and finger pointing we received, as we drove through downtown San Diego with the top down. Did I forget to mention that we dropped the hard top, JFK stylee?!? Sorry, we're not sorry! Nard navigated, while Marre-L and me took it all in. All the gratuitous gloating aside, it was quite an experience. We capped the shoot with a couple of grown-up slushies at Wet Willies, then called it a night.
Rob and Cesar of HD Pro Films are consummate professionals, who take their craft seriously. If you want a professionally shot video, you need to holla at them. It was worth every penny, as you'll soon see. "Something About It" is in the final stages of post and will air very soon. So stay tuned. In the mean time, enjoy the pics.
Hard work pays off, No bad days and BC is UP! God Bless!
